Attributes
Indian Healing Sounds is a holistic wellness experience rooted in ancient Indian traditions that use sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. This session typically involves the use of traditional Indian instruments and singing, chanting of mantras or sacred sounds.
The vibrations produced by these sounds are believed to balance the body’s energy centers (chakras), calm the nervous system, and release stress and tension. The rhythmic and harmonic tones help participants enter a meditative state, encouraging relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Conducted in a peaceful setting, the session invites participants to sit or lay comfortably whilst being immersed in the resonant sounds, creating a space for healing and inner transformation.
Open to all ages and experiences.
