Join us for the second in a series of seasonal offerings from Bragod, the musical performance duo made up of Welsh instrumentalist Robert Evans and Trinidadian singer Mary-Anne Roberts:

'Summer Heats' presents a new composition by Bragod in dialogue with John Mills and Kate Price, who will be playing traditional Swedish music.

About the artists
Bragod's extraordinary tonal world reveals the very roots of music. Using original instruments and sources this unique duo explores Welsh medieval, ceremonial music and poetry with experimentation and imagination. Robert Evans plays the European lyre and its descendant the crwth. Mary-Anne Roberts sings audaciously while dancing the binary patterns of this mystical music: the universe made audible. They give acoustic recitals internationally, play ritual music for their local community and have answered commissions to set modern poems.
